Continued stability and long-term focus

In 2025, TAUW continued to build on its long-standing foundation as a trusted and knowledgeable environmental partner. We navigated a demanding market while maintaining our focus on long-term, sustainable growth. Our turnover increased by 12.1 percent to €194 million. Our net profit for 2025 amounts to €3.1 million, largely due to a slight decreased level of EBITDA and the goodwill amortisation relating to recent acquisitions of Consultes in Belgium and planwerk elbe in Germany. These acquisitions continue to enhance our capabilities and support long-term value creation. Our financial position remains solid. Liquidity ratios stayed healthy and stable, with 44% solvability. This continued balance-sheet robustness underlines our ability to navigate changing market conditions while maintaining a sustainable financial foundation.

Despite ongoing pressures, 2025 reaffirmed the resilience of TAUW Group. Through targeted investments that strengthen our long-term capabilities, alongside a solid financial footing and a continued commitment to sustainable impact, we have prepared ourselves well for the future and are positioned to embrace the opportunities ahead.

Looking ahead with confidence

As we look to the years ahead, TAUW remains committed to a clear and steady course. We aim for purposeful, mission‑aligned growth; for ongoing professionalisation that enhances clarity and consistency; and for deepened European collaboration that strengthens our collective impact. With renewed leadership perspectives, a strengthened organisation and a dedicated team across all our countries, TAUW moves confidently into the future. Together, we continue our nearly century‑long commitment to building a more sustainable, resilient and healthy Europe.
